Set up an Individual user account or an Organization or Group user account, depending on your situation. This will be your portal for accessing applications and for filling out, editing and submitting applications. Only online application forms will be accepted. Please note that in order to qualify as an Organization or Group, specific criteria must be met. Please refer to the Glossary for clarification.

Set up an individual account if you will be applying for funding as an individual under the streams of arts, sports, scholarships, or intergenerational wellness.

Set up an Organization or Group account if you will be applying for funding under Infrastructure, Community Projects, or Intergenerational Wellness. Note that Organization & Group accounts must have an individual designated as a primary contact.
